Unfortunately we do not have anybody that speaks Portuguese here, but with the help of Babel Fish (http://babelfish.altavista.com) I will try to answer.
- The $499.95 payment only needs to be paid once for 1 years usage. After the year is completed optionally you can pay a percentage if you need to receive updates of the software, and you need additional credits to use the tracking/survey services.
- GroupMail is a desktop application, the services to track clickthroughs and survey responses are web based.
- GroupMail can be installed on more than one PC, it is licensed per user, so you could install it on a desktop, laptop, office PC/home PC. If there are a number of users then multiple licenses are required.

Sure would be great if an autoresponder function would be provided as part of the subscriber function. I would like to send out messages automatically to a new subscriber/customer on +3 days, +8 days, +12 days, etc. for maybe 10-12 followups in addition to my monthly mailings. Any chance that this will happen?
Frank, yes Subscriber currently only allows 1 or more auto-response(s) to be sent immediately after processing the incoming message, but there is no facility to allow them to be scheduled for future dates/time intervals. I will email you directly to discuss in more detail what your requirements are, perhaps this is something we can add
Damn I just came by your site today and read on the blog that GroupMail Marketing Pack was on special discount Price of $499.95 in May. I don’t suppose you’d consider extending this through to June as well as it looks just like what we need!
