Hi, I’m having a trouble sending emails. here’s the error details:
sending to: xxxxx@xxxxx.com queued: xxxxx@xxxxx.com send message Error: ANSMTP Trial Version or SSL/TLS Plus Expired! – - 2147352567 – (TL: 3302)
I have Group Mail Business Edition
If Some one can tell me why I’m having this, sorry I’m new on this.
Thanks
@Richard looks like another application overwrote a component used by GroupMail, or there was a problem during the installation, download and install the latest version from the customer system here and it should resolve the problem
sending to: xxxxx@xxxxx.com queued: xxxxx@xxxxx.com send message Error: ANSMTP Trial Version or SSL/TLS Plus Expired! – - 2147352567 – (TL: 3302)
I tried to re-install and still havign thr problem
@Keith, what version of GroupMail are you installing, I suspect a recent release of GroupMail (latest currently v5.2.0.080 will solve this issue for you
Error: ANSMTP Trial Version or SSL/TLS Plus Expired! – – 2147352567 –
How to solve it
ANSMTP Trial Version or SSL/TLS Plus Expired! – – 2147352567 – (TL: 3302
HOW to solve This error
@Dani and @Peter.
This can happen if you install other Email software that uses trial versions of those components. They overwrite the full version of the components that GroupMail uses.
To resolve this, navigate to the Windows System32 folder and delete the following files:
AOSMTP.dll
AOSMTPEX.dll
ANSSLPLUS.dll
Now reinstall GroupMail which will add the full versions of those files back to your system.
i got the same error”Error: ANSMTP Trial Version or SSL/TLS Plus Expired! – – 2147352567 –”. if i delete the files then but not reinstall the groupmail.isn’t ok?
