There are no Dictionaries available in GroupMail ?
When installing GroupMail, did you select the Dictionaries to Install ?
If not please re-run the GroupMail Installation again and check this option on. If you still have a problem, then the contents of the spell checker user dictionary was most likely reset.
This can be manually fixed by copying the userdic.tlx, correct.tlx and tech.tlx files from C:\Windows\System32 Folder and replacing them in the GroupMail data folder (e.g. For XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User Account\Local Settings\Application Data\Infacta\GroupMail Folder:: or if using Windows 7, the location will be C:\Users\User Account\AppData\Local\Infacta\GroupMail\).
Please make sure your GroupMail is closed at the time.
Also there are two files required also for each language to be supported, so for example the ssceam.tlx and ssceam2.clx are the 2 files required to add “English” support to the spell checker.
GroupMail will look for these files in the following locations:
1) C:\Documents and Settings\User Account\Local Settings\Application Data\Infacta\GroupMail
1a.) C:\Users\User Account\AppData\Local\Infacta\GroupMail
2.) \Windows\System32
3.) \Program Files\GroupMail 5

I had a problem with my dictionary – it disappeared when I updated. I reinstalled several times, still no dictionary available. I found an old solution to copy files from system32, they weren’t there. I noticed in my AppData/Local/Infacta folder there were 2 folders — Group Mail and GroupMail. The dictionary files were in GroupMail but not in GroupMail. I copied them to the newer Group Mail folder and now it works properly.
