GroupMail Log Files
Every message sent in GroupMail has a log file associated with it that tells a story. The log file is a useful tool for our technical support team as it tells them what occurred during transmission of the message. If you have any problems with delivery of your GroupMail messages, it is a good idea to send the General Status Log of the message to our support team for analysis. This will help them to provide a prompt and relevant response.
