Microsoft Outlook Address Book feature for GroupMail

We’ve been getting a lot of requests lately about linking a GroupMail group to an Outlook address book..

Dave and the guys in development added this great new feature a while back to GroupMail and Honor has now put together a step-by-step tutorial to help set this up: Linking Microsoft Outlook Address Book to GroupMail.

By linking your GroupMail group to your Outlook address book, any changes made to your Outlook Address Book will automatically be reflected in GroupMail … pretty neat!

If there are any tutorials that you feel we’re still missing, let us know in the comments and we’ll do our best to add them over the next few weeks.

It also lets you link to your Outlook address book so that any Outlook contact changes are synchronized with your GroupMail groups. We’ve just added a new tutorial to the library that explains how to do this. For more information, please read Microsoft Outlook Address Book Feature for GroupMail. [...]

    Hi Hernan,

We aim to provide a response to issues within one (business) day regardless of whether it comes from a paid or free user, I will check on what happened in this case.

To send to Outlook in batches, one option would to to use Partial Sending, it is described briefly in this post http://blog.group-mail.com/?p=41. You should be able to manually send the batches once Outlook has completed the previous one, or schedule all the partial sends in advance.

If you require any further details let us know via comment and/or email.

    All the best,
    Dave
