While we are working on a direct import capability for ACT contacts; you can export your ACT contacts as a comma separated value (.csv) file and then import that file into GroupMail. This will only take a few minutes.
First, follow their instructions for exporting your ACT contacts.

If this message appears when you run a Spell Check on your GroupMail Message, you need to disable UAC on Windows Vista.

There are a few options for creating a message in GroupMail.
You can create an HTML message in GroupMail’s own WYSIWYG message editor. This is similar to standard email client editors and allows you to insert tables, images, hyperlinks, attachments and text/page formatting.

We will be conducting routine maintenance on our GroupMetrics servers on Wednesday, July 2nd at 10am GMT. GroupMetrics tracking of activity will not be disrupted during this time and all tracking links will remain active.

We will be performing some essential maintenance on our GroupMetrics server infrastructure on Thursday, June 5th at 10:30am GMT. All of your GroupMetrics tracking data will be collected as usual and links will remain active but you will not be able to create new campaign content between the hours of 10:30 - 11:00am GMT.

We’ve just made it easier for GroupMail users to create email subscription forms for their websites. The tutorial below explains how to do it and also provides instructions for configuring GroupMail’s Subscriber Add-on so that those subscribing on these forms will be automatically added to your group(s).
